Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Pharmacy faculty member Dr. Teri West co-authored a research article: “Evaluation of Anticholinergic Burden of Medications in Older Adults,” which was published in the Journal of the American Pharmacists Association.

Broker-Associate William “Bill” Geller has been named Manager of RE/MAX Platinum Realty’s Main Street office in Sarasota. He has been a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Realty team since 2009. A real estate professional for more than 20 years, Geller was the 2009 president of the Sarasota Association of Realtors and chairman of the association’s Global Business Council in 2012. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors.

Paul E. Olah Jr. has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating in construction law, litigation and real estate by Martindale-Hubbell. The rating reflects the anonymous opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary with regard to legal ability and general ethical standards and is the highest level of ranking for an attorney with at least 10 years’ experience. A graduate of Purdue University and the University of Toledo College of Law, Olah is board certified in construction law by the Florida Bar and will continue to assist the firm’s clients in both transactional and litigation matters.

Tamela K. Eady has recently joined the Law Offices of Kevin T. Wells, P.A. Eady is board certified in real estate law by the Florida Bar and has concentrated her practice in the field of community association law for more than 25 years. A sixth-generation Floridian, she is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of Florida College of Law.

Terry A. Osborn, dean and professor, College of Education at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, has been named the executive director of the Florida Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. Osborn is an internationally recognized scholar of critical language studies who has published 13 books and 34 articles and chapters, edits six academic book series, and was the founding co-editor of the journal Critical Inquiry in Language Studies.
