MCLEAN, VA, Jul 14, 2017 (Marketwired via COMTEX) — MCLEAN, VA–(Marketwired – Jul 14, 2017) – Freddie Mac (otcqb:FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities. The company expects to issue approximately $1.1 billion in K Certificates (K-065 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about July 24, 2017.

The K-065 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2017-K65 Mortgage Trust (K-65 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
